Privacy Policy for Banana Pro

Introduction

Welcome to Banana Pro ("Banana Pro", "we", "our" or "us"), an independent AI Image Generator that transforms short text prompts and reference images into generated visuals. Image and video generation may be powered by third-party AI models and providers, including Google Nano Banana / Gemini image models, GPT Image models, Sora, Veo, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney-compatible generation services, and other supported providers as available in the product. Banana Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official product of Google or any third-party model provider.

Your privacy matters deeply to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, the legal bases we rely on (where applicable), and the choices you have. By accessing or using Banana Pro you agree to the practices described here.

    • Purpose: Account creation, authentication, session management, customer support, fraud prevention.
  2. Usage & Interaction Data

    • What We Collect: Pages visited, feature interactions (e.g. generation starts, upscales, variations requested), UI events, timestamps, approximate location (derived from IP for abuse / regional compliance), and session metadata.
    • Purpose: Improve product performance, prioritize features, detect abnormal activity, capacity planning.
  3. Device / Technical Information

    • What We Collect: Browser type / version, OS family, device category, screen / viewport characteristics, approximate latency & request headers.
    • Purpose: Compatibility testing, performance optimization, security monitoring.
  4. Cookies & Local Storage

    • Purpose: Secure sessions, remember preferences, measure engagement, prevent abuse.
  5. Payment & Billing Information

    • Purpose: Process purchases, manage subscriptions, apply taxes, handle refunds / disputes.
  6. Prompt & Generation Data

    • What We Collect: Text prompts you submit, model parameters (style preset, size, variation flags), generated image metadata (hashes, resolution, processing time) and optional user labels or collections.
    • Purpose: Provide generation service, enable history / re‑runs, model quality tuning, abuse & policy enforcement.
  7. Support & Feedback

    • What We Collect: Messages you send to support, feedback form entries, email correspondence, bug reports, logs relevant to an issue.
    • Purpose: Diagnose problems, respond to requests, improve product quality.

Data Storage and Security

We apply layered safeguards: encrypted transport (HTTPS), role‑based access controls, least privilege credentials, periodic dependency patching, and segmented infrastructure. Sensitive session / auth tokens are never stored in client‑readable logs. While we strive for strong protection, no Internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure; residual risk cannot be eliminated.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited sharing occurs only with:

  1. Infrastructure & Processing Vendors – Hosting, storage, CDN, email, payment, logging, analytics (bound by data processing or confidentiality terms).
  2. Legal / Compliance – When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to enforce policies / defend rights.
  3. Security & Abuse Prevention – To investigate fraud, spam, misuse, or threats to safety.
  4. Business Transfers – In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may transfer under similar safeguards.

Data Retention

Retention aligns with the purpose collected: account & billing data retained while an account is active (and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance / dispute resolution); prompt & generation metadata may be anonymized / aggregated for model improvement; logs rotate on a scheduled basis. You may request deletion (see "Your Rights").

Content Safety and Prohibited Content

Prompts, uploaded images, generated media, public gallery submissions, task metadata, moderation flags, device signals, payment risk signals, and account activity may be reviewed by automated and manual safety systems to enforce our policies. This may include third-party moderation, payment compliance, hosting, security, and abuse-prevention vendors that process data under confidentiality or data-processing obligations.

The Service prohibits NSFW, adult, pornographic, erotic, fetish, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nudity-focused, exploitative, hateful, violent, illegal, or otherwise abusive content. It also prohibits sexualized minors or age-ambiguous characters, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic or hidden-camera content, attempts to undress or "nudify" a person, sexualized edits of real people, sexual coercion or abuse, extreme sexual scenarios, and any attempt to bypass safety filters through coded language, image references, prompt splitting, repeated retries, or alternate accounts.

We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, restrict credits, retain limited safety logs, and report unlawful content where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law, respond to payment processor requirements, or protect users and the Service.

Your Rights (Where Applicable)

Depending on jurisdiction you may request: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. Submit requests via our contact email; we will verify identity before acting. We may retain minimal data to meet legal obligations.

International Transfers

If data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. contractual clauses) to protect it consistent with this Policy.

Changes to This Policy

Policy revisions will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes (scope of data, new purposes) may be additionally announced in‑app or via email.
